I’m a Registered Counsellor (CPCA) and Master Practitioner in Clinical Counselling.
I work with women who are overwhelmed, stretched thin, and quietly burning out — even though they look like they’re managing.
Even with professional training, I wasn’t prepared for the emotional weight and identity shift that came with motherhood — the pressure, the anxiety, the constant mental load.
That experience changed how I practice.
Today, I help women quiet the mental noise, feel steadier in themselves, and rebuild confidence in a way that actually fits real life.
